  1. That CPU is ancient

  2. A Quadro GPU is not a gaming GPU

To expand on the CPU part that notFREEfood mentioned, you've got to look past the "Core i7". See the "4600" part? That "4" part has been increased each year, with the newest i7 processors being in the 9000 range - so that processor is 5 years old.

Yeah i know its old but i do not need to be some super fast and strong i mean if it hold 80fps while record will be okay

I play League on an HP Probook, intel i7-4700 with an AMD Radeon 8750m.

It's also ancient but..........it seems to run most stuff alright. League runs great. Perfect. Overwatch and Destiny 2 run just fine.

But Anthem?

Oh no. I wouldn't trust brand NEW titles unless they were optimized. Anthem was like friggin 5 fps. But Destiny 2 used to run like that until maybe a year later when I could suddenly get 40 fps.
