Theoretically, what if there was a Support version of Cull...

That gives the buyer:

• 15 Armor
• 10 Damage On-Hit to Champions.

Unique Passive: Dealing damage to non-isolated champions grants 10 Health on hit. (Short Cooldown on activation) Unique Passive: Gain 15% of your current experience level when granted an Assist.

Automatically upgrades into a Raptor Cloak at Level 9.

I think it would be pretty good as a tankier substitute for champions like Rakan and Thresh who won't get the convenient execution damage for Relic Shield, and automatically upgrading into a Raptor Cloak means they can continue to generate gold by starting to build a Talisman of Ascension coming into the midgame.

Thoughts?

(I just really hate running around collecting tokens to regen mana and get gold)
