Riot Please Help Me!

So... recently I spent 75$ in RP, and my bank thought it was fraud and took back the funds. Further restricting my account and requiring me to pay 75$ to regain access. No problem, after reading the official Chargeback page from Riot I decided to pay back the charges via RP card. It was more convenient than using my bank or PayPal, as I have an Amazon card that won't take back the fund; or label it fraud. Well, now the link the client provides for me to pay it back isn't letting me pay it back (as seen in screenshot), and after talking to Riot support they told me to pay them via PayPal. BUT I ALREADY SPENT 75$ IN RP? Not only that, but PayPal won't even let me pay back the merchant (That Riot Sent Me). I contacted PayPal support and they said that it is no issue on my side, as my account and payment method is verified and secured; but it is a problem with the merchant (Riot) whom I am sending it too. WTF HELP ME GET MY ACCOUNT BACK WITHOUT HAVING TO SPEND ANOTHER 75$ Please, any help will be appreciated...
