A Miss Fortune told me I was "dumb" because I wasn't headbutting Poppy away from him when she used W and charged in. Unfortunately had he been knowledgeable enough, he would have realized that headbutting Poppy is difficult when her W is active. I think people need to know what these champions are capable of before passing judgment on how others play against them.

You walk up to Poppy through her "no dash barrier", Pulverize her and THEN Headbutt her away. Or you simply wait out the barrier.
Otherwise, you're correct in that MF was being stupid.
