zed needs buff or rework for he's passive

first of all guys my english is not the best so no flame pls :p

well i want to talk to u about zed he need a buff for sure since stop watch hit the rift in early of season 8 now its so hard for him to do what he used to be here's my 2 idea for zed to get back in rift with out see the people complain about how op he is

rework zed p : it has 2 part

when zed hit 2 Razor Shuriken on enemy the next basic attacks against enemy champion will deal (+6/8/10% bounes damage ) based on zed damage.

basic attacks against minions and large monsters below 30% maximum health deal 3 / 6 / 9% of target's maximum health as bonus physical damage.

buff zed e and the e shadow :

80/ 90 / 125 / 145 / 180 (+ 75% bonus AD) it will make zed have the early game since he cant trade with out he's shadow against champions like talon rumble akali fizz so this will put him in a good spot that make him be able to trade with melee champion

and shadow e slow 25 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 60%.... it will help zed a lot and its not op change zed only trade with he's e shadow slow to get the 2 q's hit against range champion like leblanc and heimerdinger

when riot buff he's death mark its not going to work against champions who take acutlly if u time it right zed will lose he's w and deah mark shadow while he waiting you. so all the dmg u are going to take it disappeared and there's no point of that buff its good against tanks only if u bulid and u will wait until late game to get this items if u had bad early game. and buffing zed q's will make him over power again and u have 2 option with zed q's when u work on the number of the damage 1 zed q's do nothing at all if it hit minion befor the enemy champion 2 your baisc combo will delete any adc in the game even if he have and
