Change static shiv to melee only?
Provides burst to a sustained damage champ. ADCs should not be able to deal 400 aoe magic damage just from autos.

By that logic, MF shouldn't exist. Same for ezreal, kog maw varus. Also how many melee champions build crit. I can name very few. Gp, yi, trynd, and yasuo. Some assasins only build ie because of the crits ready in the kit like shaco's backstab and rengars ult on the closest target but they don't count. Your saying only 4 champions in the game can use it . Fuck off and pick an assassin if you really hate adc's.
