This is honestly not going to be worth

I want to get the K/DA Kai'sa Prestige edition no matter what it takes. I know it is not going to be worth it but still, if I made a decision, it will never be changed. I am sitting at 880ish tokens with the worlds pass. I can't play regularly everyday, so, so far I am looking at 150 dollars into the orbs. Riot wants to make this skin rare, and I just want to know about how rare it is.
