OLD ULTIMAE SKIN SHARDS? WHAT IS THE REWARD FOR OLD PLAYERS HAVING IT?

Hi, what am I supposed to do w my old pre 8.5 hextech update skin shard. I have Dj Sona skin shard. Paying for this awesome looking skin is not an option for me and to OBTAIN 2950OE BY DISENCHATING SKINS is almost impossible. you get 364 for a LEGENDARY skin shard. Its nothing compared to the ammount you need. Please explain how is this fair for ppl who had their ultimate skin hsards for a long period of time and now when they r made so u can activate them instantly they cnat? What is the logic behind this?
