Not even reading the report details and judging from the thread's title alone tells me more than enough to tell me this was deserved
Why is everything always about libtards? I can't get to a post on here about a punishment that doesn't include libtard and sjw in it somewhere, along with the OP throwing a baby bottle across the room crying about something.
Heya, while I understand that you're frustrated, I would encourage you to avoid using inflammatory language such as that. Furthermore, you are more likely to get a response to this type of post in the Player Behavior Board.
However, as to why you were banned, the most likely reason is constant negativity throughout the game, culminating in those last few lines, where you directly called our an ally. While that type of message would not get you punished immediately as a first, or even second offense, the fact that you were banned means you have a history of inflammatory comments and have not learned from your past punishments.
However, if this is your first punishment, then you have not included all of the chat logs.
Consistent harassment of your teammates, including multiple report calls. Depending on where you were on the punishment scale, a ban would absolutely be in line.

Sure, the bar won't go down any further. But I can see it would go a fair bit upward. Additionally, "no ff?" doen't seem like it would be your 3rd line of chat in the game given the logs you have offered.
As others have said, you are only pushed to 14 day ban from nothing for using hate speech and death threats (including suicide encouragement). And if this was punishment after 25 game chat restriction, it will lead to 14 day suspension simply because you have a history and permanent ban afterwards because any offense after a 14 day suspension will get you banned.
Alright, I will make a quick rundown on everything that got you the punishment:
- Negativity:
Stuff like Muted/reported but not actually doing either one of these is mild toxicity because no one ever uses it for a positive speech ever, and with your chatlogs, the case lies rested.
- Threats:
You said "Enjoy ban Yi" which the IFS considers as a clear threat of a false authority. You are not the System, You are not a Rioter, therefore, you have no right to even suggest someone's ban, let alone threaten someone with it as you did now. Even then, Rioters cant do that either because itd be abuse of power. You are a nobody in terms of this rule.
- Belittlement:
"Are you blind?" and "yi trolling" because I assume he was not doing the greatest in this game. You utterly mocked and belittled his efforts because they went in vain and instead of helping or offering supportive criticism you rather made fun of him.
To answer the question: Your ban, 14 days OR a permanent one, are completely deserved. And the Punishment is executed by an IFS System, aka a Programm, not a Rioter himself. means Rioters are not Libtards as you described them.
Also, completely irrelevant sidenote, Libtards is a vulgar insult used against US American Liberals. AKA politicians.

If you disagree with others' assessment of these logs, then you should write a support ticket.
These logs are negative, and likely resulted in a chat restriction. If this resulted in a ban, then you should write into support. They can occasionally give the wrong logs, although it rarely occurs.
What won't be tolerated on the boards are further insults, regardless of whom they are targeting, be they other posters, moderators, or Rioters. As such, part of your comments were removed.

I mean... you were constantly being an ass to your teammates and I can tell just from that log, you were NOT fun to be around.
You may not have done one big huge infraction, but if a guy at the bar was constantly trying to "low-key" insult you throughout your stay, you'd want to punch his teeth out, wouldn't you?
Also, those logs aren't always accurate as the bot generates the log even if you maybe threw an INCREDIBLY toxic and insulting remark in post-game. The bots are good at finding out who to ban, less good on pinpointing exactly what comment to show as proof.
the people who run the player behavior department are the sjws there is also a copy text feature I know how it feels I lightly insulted a yas main and got a 10 game with juyst "saying yas players and their mains are the scum of the earth" (diff account) and that same one got a 10 game right after for saying "las cuchilia negra" "translates to the black cleaver in Spanish" and lanza negra "black spear" both item names in Spanish "apparently speaking Spanish colors is bannable
