Your issues with the game are
Bullshit, give us an explanation, you're not "researching" for hours, you know it's either a DDoS or someone fucked something up, tell us something and give us at least a ballpark estimate

The problem listed has to do with players disconnecting from games. Now, do you honestly want ranked games with a problem like that? Do you want to run the risk of an AFK because of client issues? Do you want to run the risk of not being able to join a game or remain in game?
Granted, it is an inconvenience, but Riot at least minimized the damage by preventing players from jeopardizing their LP and ranks.
They wont. They dont care.
Dont forget to buy the next new skins though.
