What is wrong with this rank?

So I have been placed in silver 4 for all of my ranks. This is such bull. I am so bad at adc but have the same rank as my mains. I don't get it I was looking forward to this new rank system so I can get better at my alt roles since I am so bad at them from not playing them for so many years. Then I just feel like I am getting rekt in my games. Then I see a lot of gold and even plat players that I play against from previous season. Iv been silver basically my whole lol career. Im just mechanically just getting rekt all day by other adc. Then I go and see on op gg the avg rank in all the games, not a single game is my rank as the avg. Like why is this even a thing. Even in my adc games or support or jg i dosent matter it is all over my rank. This is making it unfun I know I need to get good but how can I when Iim just getting face rolled by gold and borderline gold players.
