Improve matchmaking on Ranked

I wish people would be penalized based on their performance rather than them losing on winning. For example: if a player goes 11/3/15 while his teammates go 1/13/4 they should have separate lp loss. The problem with matchmaking is if you lose a game because of just one guy trolling you keep getting teammates like that because of drop on MMR.

This wont work. You will get people simply kda playing. Jump into team fights couple of times, get some double kills, keep death rate low, afk farm, dont engage anymore or help teammates and your score is 7/1/9 while the person who actually tries to play the game and try steal objectives dies 8 times and then he gets more lp loss?

And what would you base that LP on? The fact one player got a lot of kills but one got a lot of deaths? What if that 1/13/4 player was the only player to meaningfully help in teamfights (cc, initiate, etc)? What if the 11/3/15 player never attacked a tower?

The only thing that matters in League is killing the nexus first.

Discussed a million times, but it's very very difficult to make it accurately from statistics only. If i have a 0/10/41 Soraka game, but my ADC is 22/1/4, then was i a bad support? Depends. All those deaths were made so the carry can destroy the enemy team, or were they free kills.

If i get focused like hell every single time, but survive long enough to win the teamfight, then my death worth the price. If i survive the teamfight, but give but all i deal minimal damage for possible assist, then run away, then i was a worthless player. Which one gives the better KDA?

Also the ratios are hard to put in. If you put too much value for objectives, then people start ignoring the team to get more objective. If you put too much on the KDA, then people start going for kill instead of focusing the objectives. I HATE it when enemy Nexus can be hit, and teammates start farming, or hit enemies on start. Instead of literary winning the game.
