Error in Loading Scrren

When loading up in the screen it showed a "Close program" button. Doing this it brought me into a loop. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling the game and it still continued. This resulted in a leave-buster 20min wait. Can I get that removed cause its technically not my fault either a computer or system error.

You clicked a button that says close program while waiting for a match to start and think riot should compensate you for your lack of forethought. Downvoted

close game because it would of would set up the reconnect option i tried to reconnect but it continued to do this cycle resulting in this.
