Why does Riot have to make season end during HSC Exams/Finals?

Sure I want to get gold at the end of this season but still, does Rito really have to make season end during HSC!!! (Yes, Australia uses the term HSC instead of finals) I either have the choice of getting a good motherfking job by studying or reach gold be a homeless streamer in the future who has to climb up again. Come on man!!!

The smart thing is to get your desired rank early in the season. For anything under Platinum, this means you can sit on the rank without dealing with decay at all.

Who gives a F? Everyone has the same date for season end, so why should Riot care that it interfere with someome's life?
You could climb whole season and not now at the end?
Getting good scores on exams doesn't mean good job
Getting to 3rd lowest rank in videogame doesn't mean you will be homeless

I mean the idea of finals is generally that you shouldn't have to cram for them at the end. It should be a continual review of material that you mastered throughout the semester.
