The key is to take all that delicious stuff and throw some lettuce under it and call it a salad :^)

So over the past year the place that I worked at had this salad bar in the cafeteria and it actually made me enthousiastic about making salad.

Like I genuinely appreciate a good salad.

That being said, I recently went to mcdonalds and ordered a salad and it was awful so maybe it's more about having quality ingredients (like they used garlic bread based croutons at my work instead of the plain bread croutons mcdonalds uses).
