I have an epic skin shard for Lissandra (Program Lissandra) which looks cool. If I sell my champ shards, I'll get over 6.3K BE, which is enough to get her. Also, I don't think I've seen anyone play her. Any suggestions?
Buy Ezreal first then look into other champions.

Lissandra isn't good but she isn't unplayable,if you like her kit buy her! She has a lot of bad matchups,all the mages with more range shits on her. But she is a good counterpick against assassins like zed,fizz,lb,talon.
Low range, extremely slow and predictable gap closer/escape, somewhat high mana costs on, and a generally shitty passive all make for not many reasons you'd pick Lissandra. The only thing she has going for her is her ult.
