Also since we all know Riot is super lazy when it comes to Chromas why can't they just add more? They alwaysbrelease chromas for bad skins.

I don't think you understand how a business works. Do you have factual proof that Riot is lazy when it comes to Chromas? or are you just assuming you know Riot? Choose carefully, because you look like an uninformed piece of shit.
And they release and create Chromas for the champs they want to add them too. It's your opinion that it's a bad "skin" but someone likes it.
