Teamwork and Team Spirit

So i have been league for a couple years now, and i feel like i have a great grasp on how to play the champions that i like to play( Heimer, Miss Fortune, Brand, Viktor). Now i know this is a competitive game and all, just like football, basketball, etc. but i used to play football, and one thing that we focused on was teamwork and team spirit. Now i know teamwork in league can be hard, especially when you don't know your whole team, but wouldn't encouraging and supporting your team where you can promote more people wanting to play, and enjoying their games? Isn't that the goal of this game? To teach teamwork in a strategy game and everyone enjoy there matches? That how i think it should be. When i play match where the whole team is supportive, even if we are not winning because we have someone who is still learning the game, or not as good with a champion because they haven't played that champion much, i feel great about the game even if we lose. The reason i post this is because lately when i play, at least two people on my team feel like they know more about the game and are better than the other three of us on the team. and because of that, they belittle people for making a mistake, or playing a champion differently then the way they would play them. As far as I understand this game, Champions can be played many way, I can think of multiple ways to play my favorites and still be successful in a match. I also understand that this is a TEAM game. As quoted from Viktor in Paladins" The strength of the team is each member, the strength of each member is the team". I have watched many matches where my team is doing very well, but when one or two people start belittling anyone on our team, is when the motivation to try to win is lost to those who are being belittled, and it just takes the fun out of the game for those, and people like me who sit there and read it. All it makes me want to do is go throw myself at enemies and let them kill me and leave the match to the players that think they are all that that they have to belittle people. and guess what happens, we lose the match just like the people who are belittling were so worried about happening. They are so worried about winning, but they don't stop to think about what they are saying before they say it. I believe if everyone supports each other and teaches whether than belittling, people that are still learning will learn better and faster, and everyone will get enjoyment out of the game. but i tell you i love league, but when i'm getting belittled or someone else is, it just don't make the game fun, and that's what i thought video games were all about, having fun with them. Please think about how what you say or do will effect the team, because in a game like this, you need the team, just like the team needs you. Negativity never is helpful to the team.
