Can someone tell me, there is someone who read that reports or its just to make fun of me?

where can i show the screen shoot i make on the last game...actually i have many more screen shoot of some players making fun of us and troll all game, or afk but no one get ban or something. This game making soo much money soo they can pay to someone reading this reports and check if they deserved report or no. Before there was not that much but in this knew patch or period in league od legends soo many idiots.. TY
