I kinda want to really make this off-meta jungle thing work.. but one problem is that I don't own him and ganking as off-meta junglers feels really difficult. I wanna do this cus he's kinda good at kiting his campsþ

You can go attack speed ad. You just play off your passive and with press the attack you'll be doing some true damage along side % damage with W. Just afk farm and gank at 1 item

Sounds about as effective as trying to jungle Draven.

Well, in mini form you try to come up from behind them, slow with Q, and then just...slowly follow them while contributing your minor damage and no CC. In Mega gnar form, you do the exact same thing except your CC is all much harder to land, you can't chase at all, and all your CC locks you into lengthy animations.

Realistically you pick literally any other jungler, as any of them will do better in every single meaningful category.

If you can't theory craft how to play a certain champion in a certain position, it's best not to play it. You have no clue what you're doing. That doesn't help your team whether it's ranked or normals. Try it out in bots if you must.

Get red buff and q and auto until they're out of range, then jump I'd think.

Maybe wait for your side to push and Bush camp so you can use a double jump.

This is an update to my last post. I've been playing a bit of jungle Gnar now and decided that a good build is probably Bloodrazer first item, not only is this a good boost for your W by giving you attack speed, but it has the passive of percentage damage so they kinda play off each other. Boots are always optional I mean if youre playing against 5 cc ap champs the berserker greaves might not be worth over merc treds. I like greaves and moby boots. The last core item is rage blade. The passive of procing your W twice is really strong considering at max level your W does 14% max health as damage and your bloodrazer does 4% of their max health per hit. 4% every hit and 14% every two hits is some big damage. The next items are optional but I found myself getting Runaan's and Gun blade each match. You can also get wit's end for MR or blood thirster and IE if you dont want AP for your W. I ended up getting something like this; item 1416 item 3006 item 3124 item 3085 item 3091 item 3146 Rune's I'd go leathal tempo w/ secondary rune waterwalking and celarity. I gank after bloodrazer and if i do a gank before that I normally try to gank when im close to being mega gnar and im at level three. I level up Q to 3 than when i hit 6 i just max W since youre not gonna make us of W early on anyways.

The answer is you don't. He just not very good at it. No stun except gnar R W and you gotta get close. So basically ganks are only good if theyre super extended or you flash R them
