Tournament mode experience for players

As for I know, most of the player wants to have the esports experience but not only like the previous ranked team. The old ranked team system and flex system is still like the normal ranked system but people wants more.

I have a thought that players can assemble their team and participate a little tournament that players can have a chance to feel like they are a esports player. The system goes like this: A tournament is created by 16 teams that are created by players. 16 teams are placed into knock-out stage competing the Champion. Each round matches will begin simultaneously to foster the process. There will be 3 days break for each team that have won in the previous round for preparation and analyze their opponent in the next round. Bo3 will be used for semi-final and Bo5 will be used for final. Prizes will be given out for each participated teams and additional prizes for teams if they get the 1st place or 2nd place and so on. Only accounts that are in the team list can participate the tournament including their substitution. It can also have a ladder rank to separate high elo teams and low elo teams.

This is just a prototype of my thought and I really hope riot can notice it and improve the system and this mode will be released in the coming future. There are still lots of improvement and together we can make this league better. If riot is testing something like my idea, then just consider this as my support for the development.
