Ranked Rewards 2018

Hey, I've heard different rumors based on ranked rewards this season! I was wondering if I could get some clarification. Are rewards this season based on A: Your highest rank achieved during the season, or B: The rank you have at the end of the season? Wording seems different or unclear most places I've been able to find easily.
