Tips: How Do You Play Nidalee?

I need some advice.

I've been playing Elise recently, and it's been going well. So my brother suggested that I play Nidalee and go for it.

So I did.

I was then reminded why I don't play Nidalee. Nothing clicked with her, I felt useless, I couldn't gank, and I was against Lee Sin (of all the junglers to be against).

Anything else I can try? Or am I one of those people who just can't play Nidalee?
