Is this a thing yet?

So I have fought with people on here since before Jhin actually hit live servers to convince them that a specific item was actually good on him, .. then Riot 'kiiinda' nerfed this item to the point where I agreed that it didn't make any sense.

And yes, it was honestly bad then.

It is still kinda bad now, I acknowledge this, so don't jump down my throat, but...

Riot just buffed it, so maybe, ... just maybe, I can make a better case now.

The item is Guinsoo's Rageblade

Now for some math. (another reason for you to downvote)

Guinsoo's Rageblade now offers +25 bonus attack speed on base, and received no nerfs to it's stacks.

This means that it can now offer UP TO +73% bonus attack speed.

With Jhin's passive that is a bonus 17.5% bonus attack damage and 28% bonus movement speed on critical strike chance.

Now, the strongest argument for why Rageblade just feels bad on Jhin, is the fact that he has an ammo system of 4 shots, which means reaching 6 shots can actually be challenging. And I can completely agree with that, don't get me wrong. However, it is absolutely possible.

However, even with this in mind, lets only look at what this can do for you even if you only get to 4 stacks, which is not hard.

Guinsoo's Rageblade offers 35 AD on base

With the 25% bonus attack speed factored in, that is a bonus 5% AD.

Jhin also gains 1% + 1% per level up to level 11. If we assume that Jhin is level 6, that is a bonus of 7% on top of that.

35 x 1.12 = 39.2 AD with 0 stacks

Each stack offers +3 AD and +8% bonus attack speed.

38 x 1.145 = 43.51 AD with 1 stack 41 x 1.17 = 45.78 AD with 2 stacks 44 x 1.17 = 49.15 AD with 3 stacks (note, the 3rd stack puts his bonus attack speed at 49%, and his passive increases at increments of 10%) 47 x 1.195= 56.17 AD with 4 stacks

Once again, this is easy to reach, and it is definitely possible to lose these stacks while Jhin is reloading at this point, but if you have a minion wave, or anything to attack before the stacks drop off, you can reach the following

50 x 1.22 = 60 AD with 5 stacks 53 x 1.245 = 65.99 AD with 6 stacks

There are certainly other items that offer more flat AD, but there are no other items that will offer a greater increase in the bonus AD received from other AD sources as a single item.

This means if you take Rageblade and other flat AD items that do not offer attack speed or critical strike chance you can actually reach greater AD totals than you would if Rageblade were replaced by any other item.

It also gives you the most movement speed upon dealing a critical strike of any other single item, +38% bonus movement speed.

And it gives you AP as well.

I'm actually not really sure what, if any on-hit items would be good to incorporate in with this because it would not be as reliable to expect to reach and maintain the Guinsoo's Rage passive.
