Please keep Evelynn's difficulty factor in tact

I edited this because speech to txt stinks.

She's so much more satisfying to play. You're not pulling off insane plays because you were just pressing the Q button. Evelynn is now much more flashier and feels very good to play.

Also I feel this is what allows her to have such great scaling on her abilities. The ultimate is so awesome and I love using it for various things.

The mind games that you are able to play with your opponents keep them in check even when they are really fed. I love it.
