Connection problems

I've already basically done this pole, but I need to rephrase it. Ok, so basically i've had some connection problems with league, and only league. Im going to try and talk with my service provider today, but I dont think thats the issue. I have checked my internet speeds and have found it said this : 54ms 1.9 download speed 0.3 upload speed (These are approximate) So my question is, how do I fix my connection, as I never have 54 ms in games. I mean before I had around 50 ms and it was very stable. It wouldnt go above 60. But now, out of nowhere I have started lagging. I have downloaded gamebooster and repatched the game with the Hextech repair tool. The only thing I have found left to do is re install the game. What should I do? (P.s : Dont tell me to do the whole, send a ticket to riot with your certain network stats and that stuff. Ive already sent riot a ticket without that information and they couldnt find the problem. I then tried to get those stats but couldnt because of some small issues in every one. Like everything went wrong. Either something wouldnt show up or wouldnt download etc. Please help me. I cant play with 1000 ms and over. Then again I cant play with even 100 ms.
