Adjustments ideas for Riven

So there are some ideas to adjuts Riven in a way that makes her less pick win condition in games, I will separate the multiple ideas on tiers, in a order that should please and the one trick rivens. Also important to say for start, I do not think all suggestions should be aplicable, I gave a lot of options so everyone can decide and see what is the best, we all know soon or later she will be nerfed.

1. Adjustments that would not nerf Riven damage

  • With that the obvious choice there is to make Her E no longer scale AD, insead like any shield skill it should be scaling either AP or smth like 4% bonus health, or both. That would make playing against Riven a little healtier without hurt at all her damage, and she still gain the flat amount of shield. If we opt for a small percentage of bonus health that would work too, but we there should be a extremly small amout because Riven had 2 core items nowdays that really gave her much health and powerspike (Black cleaver and shojn), also doing so will punish players going full lehtality or things that are still being tanky cause that shield is insase
  • Reduce some stats like hp per level, health regen or her basic health.
  • Increase Riven cdr so they will not just spam all their combos every 5s and get no damage, cause her E have an insase ad scaling, and then they can do the same combo in your turret and get a minimum damage cause her E can block a turret shot and you will be stunned 99% of her combo period, and then she can dive you cause can dash all around turret and E away to dash and block the turret shot.

2. Adjustments that will nerf Riven damage

  • Reduce W ad scaling or make it scaling AP (i have a fetish for ap riven), I think we can agree most riven players use W as an reset tool in their fast combos, so scaling 100% ad + flat stats is really horrible, counting there will be other 4 skills in a complete combo and 2-4 autos hitting same enemy/enemies
  • reduce the passive bonus damage, as riven can just spam Q up to you and alerdy had 3 stacks, the bonus damage scalling is just unhealthy and stupid.
  • reduce ult either bonus damage or wind slash damage

3. Adjustments that can change Riven playstyle there start the fun

  • ult end after wind slash
  • Riven passive can't be used more than once per 10 seconds, stacks are losed faster.
  • Riven can't reuse any of Q's 0.5s after casting a spell
  • W no longer cancel animations, E still does cause that skill is cancer and without it

Well there are my suggestions on how should Riven be adjusted, as I thinked it from all perspectives on how it would affect both Riven mains, one tricks Riven and any player going against a Riven. And honestly, I think I started with the most healtier suggestions for both sides.
