Is kindreds rework actually usefull?

Ok, so I get how many people who play Kindred and heard about her new rework were excited about her ability to out range towers thanks to her updated passive giving her infinitely scaling attack range. Well, towers have 775 attack range and kindred has a base of 500, then getting 75 attack range after the first 4 marks followed by an additional 25 for every 3 after that. This means that it would take 30 marks to out range towers and you will have 800 attack range. Well, with pre-rework Kindred's passive 40 marks would deal 50 percent of the targets max health every auto attack, so out ranging towers seems much less exciting now. In addition, the scaling on Kindred's basic abilities are nice but they don't do to much. The only thing that is really important is the attack speed your q gives you. When they gave Kindred the attack range "buff" they took away 50 of Kindred's base range so to get back to their original attack range you already need to get 4 marks. This means that the 75 attack range you get from the first 4 marks simply gives back her old attack range then adds the 25 each additional 4 would give you. It is my understanding that this rework was intended to give Kindred more of a marksman feel, as well as give her more of an impact overall. However, rather than being more impactful for her team, she seems to be more of a burden because she seems weaker overall throughout the entire game.

This is why I believe that kindred is much weaker then she was before if you disagree can you please comment down below why you disagree.

Outranged towers was never really anything special from this rework. It was more of a youtuber thing like "zomg one sh0t ez crit rito nerf nao" clickbait videos. It isn't practical in any scenario.

The rework was useful in that it gave kindred a clear identity. Before they were scaling marksmen who scaled based on how well their early game was, so nobody had any fucking clue if their strength was early game, mid game, or late game since every stage affected them. Now they're just scaling but with a weaker early game which is easier to balance around in terms of itemization synergy (crit). The issue is right now they're too weak but with numbers tuning kindred could be a well balanced champion.

If they made their Q feel a bit stronger like an auto attack (or just give it on-hit, also would help with machete on-hit for the jungle) kindred might be pretty ok.

I edited this to fit the new small buff. It is an improvement but adding a slight scaling damage would help a lot. Like 5 per 3 marks.
