More Hybrid Item Choices

I have been playing this game a long time, and while I have seen immeasurable changes to items over the course of the years. One thing I have not seen is a viable hybrid item build system. So I wanted to give a quick overview of this idea. Here are some pro's a con's to adding additional Hybrid items to the game.

Current List:

PROS

• More build options and Build directions
• Hybrid champions would become more common
• Gives a third threat to a champion that can focus either AD or AP
• Gives less expensive options to the above items
• Could create some interesting jungle options / role meta changes

CONS

• If items are not balanced properly, could make Hybrid Champions too strong
• Could be used to make certain non-hybrid champions too strong

Sorry, I could not think of anymore con's off the top of my head. The overall idea however would be to really bring out the Hybrid potential certain champions have to light. I would love to build a hybrid Katarina Jungle, or a more viable Hybrid Nidalee.

**Special Note to the Akali: **

I feel in the earlier days Akali was among a few champions that were initially modeled to be true Hybrid champions. However, since the Meta evolved to prioritize a focus on AD, AP, or Damage Mitigation. Akali slowly morphed into an AP assassin. Of all the Champions out there I feel she would most benefit from this idea. I like the concept of Hybrid champions, that sacrifice a focus in a singular damage type to deal decent damage with both. While I can build a huge AP build on Akali... Magic resist can significantly impact her output. While if I built her Hybrid... I could still capitalize on my Attack damage. That's all for now.
