Guinsoo's Rageblade

I recently watched a video of a person playing Vayne and using Guinsoo's Rageblade as one of their items. In theory, the item synergizes with Vayne but I feel that the main reason you hardly ever see the item on Vayne is because of its expense and the wasted stats (50 ap). I remember when Devourer was popular and it was quite a fun aspect of the game. It allowed players to scale into hypercarry status on champions with on-hit effects. It seems those days have long since gone away though. Even when devourer was a thing, other classes of junglers were still quite popular (tanks, utility, mage, bruiser, assassin). However, on-hit builds are hardly ever seen in the game anymore as well as the champions who utilize on-hits with their kit. To get to the point, I've brainstormed the idea of making two separate items available that can be built from the same tree as Guinsoo's Rageblade. One of them being specifically for attack damage based champions and the other being specifically for ability power based champions. The stats would be as follows:

AD item: 25% attack speed, 35 attack damage (+48 attack speed and +18 attack damage at 6 stacks) (cost 2750)

AP item: 25% attack speed, 50 ability power (+48 attack speed and +24 ability power at 6 stacks) (cost 2725)

I've even proposed possible names such as Guinsoo's Crossbow and Guinsoo's Scepter. Furthermore, maybe there could also be an option to upgrade to the full Guinsoo's Rageblade for an increased fee.

This is just an idea but I feel it would bring even more variety to the game with champions that aren't played that often becoming more popular and more builds becoming feasible.

Thoughts?
