How to improve the item sets system

If we do get to keep the item sets, I'd love to see these changes. This is also some of the reasons why people may not be using item sets.

1. Separate items by tier, not cost. This is important because some items are really cheap, while others are fairly expensive for its tier. At the very least, separate component items and final items. Most of the times when we buy items, we buy them to build them into something else. Just being able to see final items would make searching a lot easier.

2. Let us add items by right click or double click. Drag and drop is slow and annoying.

3. Let us edit the default recommended items. This saves a lot of time and effort.
