Queue times pre-30 are way too long.

I'm not sure if it's this way for everyone, but I frequently end up in queue for 8+ minutes and sometimes up to 15 minutes if there are several dodges.

I just had a 10 minute queue time and got placed in a game against 4 diamond players and I'm lvl 28. I understand smurf queue, but this shit is just ridiculous.
