Kneejerk Reaction: Caitlyn + New Ziggs

Basically,

What are we supposed to be expected to do when these two start sieging turrets midgame?

Caitlyn's siege is already amazing right now, seeing as how she can pretty much quarantine you off your turret by placing a line of snap traps, but her waveclear isn't that great in an extended siege because of cost of spamming Peacemaker.

Enter: MYMU Ziggs.

Now, in addition to being sectioned off of your turret, all of your minions waves are being wiped by Ziggs' relatively safe, spammable waveclear until the point where it's in execute range.

Honestly, this sounds extremely frustrating to be on the receiving end of. Is there something I'm missing about the potential of these two champions on the same team?
