Matchmaking pre 30 is still so bad

Our team has 54 combined summoner levels, enemy team has 81. A level 3 ryze that doesn't even use mastery points or have runes is pulled onto our team without anyone partying up on our team at all. The enemy teams entire spread lowest to highest are each 4 to seven summoner levels above us without exception and all 5 are smurfs. League decided this was fair.

I honestly felt bad for 0/13 Ryze more so than our team of 4 actual capable players who lasted 50 minutes while bad mouthed by the enemy team the entire time. At least the four of us knew it was 4v5 with free enemy gold and less runes and masteries for our 4 man squad and we were still polite about it.
