Fiora Vital interaction with clones

I have yet to find a thread commenting on this, maybe I haven't searched deep enough. Earlier today I played Fiora top and as I began roaming and came across Shaco, he ulted and I noticed that the vital that had spawned first was viewable only on the real one until a new one spawned on the clone. While entertaining (and also made it easy to kill him since he couldn't simply ult and fake me out), I was curious about whether it's been noted and if it should even be possible. Kinda weird that by playing Fiora you nullify clone fake outs after buffs were made to show on clones.
