Having played around with quite a few item builds, and tried other runes/masters with my builds. I've noticed that maybe there should be abit more middle ground with the Brutalizer items Ghostblade and Black Cleaver .

Item Idea Name: Reaper's Scythe

Item Cost- 3000

Combination Items: Brutalizer & Vampiric Scepter

Item Stats +40 Attack Damage 10% Life Steal

Unique Passive: Each basic attack against an enemy champion will reduce their armor by 1%, and grant this unit 2% Lifesteal against the target affected by this item only, for 3 seconds. (( Max of 5 stacks ))

Bonus stats against a single target at max stats. : 10% Lifesteal, and armor reduced by 5%

It shouldn't lose flat arpen and the passive makes no sense when you have item such as item 3071 already. Any item made in this field should be an alternative to item 3142 when user doesn't want crit chance or active.

The base stats dont fit very well, the passive gives 2%LS agaist the target for 3 secs but stack 5 times? this could Grant free 20% lifesteal, 10%base and 10%max stacked passive plus sounds like its a item for AD-based champs which usual start with a Doran Sword so lets add more 3% LS, well now we have 23%LS kinda broken :S.

Maybe take out the lifesteal and replace it with 5% CDR and change the passive to Shred enemy armor 1% or 1,5% per hit stacking a max of 5 or 3. Just my opinion.

Edit: also for a 3k item there are better options, lower the cost to somethig beween 2000 - 2850?
