I am trapped in bronze hell not very fun. I am constantly against smurf player. You can tell that they are smurfs you are boosting their friends account by their inconstant match history. I am really tired of it riot, for all that is good in the world please perma-ban these bastards to make the ranks make sense!!!!

Well uh, considering you have about the same chance to have a smurf on your team, I doubt you're constantly against smurfs. Besides, even if they are smurfs, they'll be climbing at a decent rate, meaning you probably won't see them again unless you're climbing too.
It's called ELO Hell, and it's not real. Solution is to get better and learn where you're making mistakes.
So... Ban like a third of Riot's RP revenue? Anyone who has a Smurf is that much more likely to pay for RP to get things more quickly for said surf, and why on earth would Riot want to deflate their own game economy so drastically?
