As it stands both Ziggs Q and R have Travel times depending on distance thrown. This leads to situations where If you throw Mega Inferno Bomb from mid to bot lane the indicator is there long before the bomb impacts giving the enemy gratuitous time to react.

This actually a really big part of why most ziggs consign to using thier ult for farming lanes. I think with this buffs we would finally see the little guy using ult as a big teamfight tool instead of for farming and stalling .
