Can it be made possible to make Caps Lock bindable as a secondary bind just like shift/ctrl/alt

I don't know if this is really the place to question this and sorry for the vague title, but what I mean is that I'd love to have Caps Lock the same as Shift/Ctrl/Alt, meaning that I could bind Caps Lock + W to smartcast or selfcast the W, so I could bind Caps Lock + F to have the normal cast on Ignite and so on. It seems like a button that has no use and I don't think it would be to much of a problem, since it's already in the system (with shift/ctrl/alt). However, I do assume some people might have Caps Lock binded to one action, so I wouldn't want to steal them away from them, so maybe some sort of a tick-box in a settings, where you select whether you want Caps Lock to be just like shift/ctrl/alt or you want it to be bindable just like every other button.
