Kindred: How to fight as a jungler?

I legitimately don't know, so I'll take any suggestions people have. It feels hopeless. From the moment their first mark spawns on a random scuttle (50% chance I'm on the right side to contest it), it's just a game of hot potato. You kill a camp that's marked, you've got like 45 seconds to make a play before the next camp is marked. So, do I just ignore the marks, and gank? Or do I ignore the ganks and deny marks? It's nonstop and feels overwhelming, I never get as stressed playing jungle as I do when I fight Kindred.
