Corrupting Potion

I don't know if there is a need for this, but I was kinda wondering what others thought about this idea.

item 2032 Hunger's Potion offers 5 charges on purchase and returning to shop, as well as an additional charge for killing large or epic monsters that is either stored or automatically activated if fully charged. This could potentially lead to an "infinite" amount of charges accumulated without returning to base.

item 2033 Corrupting Potion only offers 3 charges, and is only refilled upon returning to shop.

I'm not really concerned with the difference in what they offer per charge. I do understand how much more health, mana, as well as the Touch of Corruption comes from a single charge and how much more valuable they are. I am wondering however if it may be good to offer some kind of recharge function to this as well.

Instead of recharging upon killing a large or epic monster, like with Hunter's Potion, what if an additional charge was granted upon getting a kill, or assist?

Would it need to have it's health and/or mana nerfed? I really don't want the Touch of Corruption stats nerfed, so if it were to come down to that, I would rather just keep it the way it is.
