I feel malzahar needs a nerf

In general, his E deals way to much sustained damage for an instant cast. In the past riot has nerfed champs for this exact reason yet Malzahar remains untouched. I know you should never 1 v 1 him, but when you are laning against him you are forced to play super passively and hide under turret until most of his abilities are on cool down before you can even farm. His silence for the damage it does has a large area which I feel should be shortened at least a little bit on the hit box because I've been clearly out of it but the ghost range hits me and I die, or get silenced. His ult, dosent really need a nerf because it suppresses him and you which if anyone is around you can easily get you out of it. Besides that though, his early damage is way to strong and even as my mains mid hes able to push me out of lane quickly.

i can deal with mal pre 6 perfectly fine.. its his ultimate that i find too strong. not the damage but the fact that it silences me the entire time. this is more of an issue of solo que though.. becuase i cant ever rely on my teammates to break his channel. in team ranked he is balanced and that probably why he wont get nerfed.

He's a classic combo mage. He's also one of the few remaining champions with zero mobility. He also is countered by one item and any CC.

His E is strong, but his Q is difficult to land and his W is only really useful during his combo, since it costs so much mana and is easy to walk out of before it does any damage.

I think he's perfectly balanced based on his obvious strengths and obvious weaknesses.

As a general tip, respect his voidling, a good 90% of the time when I play him, thats what will cause me to gain an advantage; someone doing something stupid like ignoring my voidling; if it EVER targets you, just run under turret and let the turret gun it down. At best if he can't force you to take large chunks of damage early on, he has to farm until he hits 6, which will likely cause him to push lane just due to the nature of his skills.

If you can get your jungler to gank, Malzahar is generally a sitting duck too given his lack of escapes and being pretty terrible at anything beyond 1v1's unless he can quickly burst targets down. Good warding can help him in this regard (its why I always ward in river rather than in bush), but it can only help so much.

I understand he needs to land his combo, but it still feels the instant cast for his e hits really hard, I mean I could build crystalline to counter it but a lot of the time I seem to get forced back, then again my experiences with him the jungle is either never ganking, or afked.
