need to put in timer penaltys for people who DON'T lock in

I Think they need to be much longer and across multiple searches for ex you dodge once you get a 5 min penalty for the next 3 games then 15 for next 3 games then 20+ or 1 day ban each search takes 5-15 minutes 5 minutes okay 15 minutes REALLY! I work 8 hours a day try to sleep for 6-8 a day. That cuts down to 14-16 hrs not including showering eating brushing teeth normal everyday things socializing with friends and family and i spend 1/4th of the hour in a day waiting on champion select. IMO the penalty needs to be increased significantly for all the people (teens/adults alike) who don't have full days occupied with with real life and don't care if they have to wait 5 minutes to start a search they may take them 5-15 after the 5 minute ban to find a game
