Fiora is very strong bully champion with very few weakness.

I just played her as rework Fiora for second times... First time, I used wrong masteries and summoners haha... Second time is much better because I understand her kit better....

To be admit... she is very strong bully... even play the lane very safe.

1. 7hp regen = stay in the lane much longer than anyone
2. hit vital = almost free half of health potion... even free 20% ms.
3. very easy to do last hit = no joke... much easily last hit than average bully.
4. very low cost mana and cooldown= "Lunge" and "Bladework" are spammable especially at mid-late game. Therefore early buying is not necessary.
5. "Lunge" = is another very cooldown if not hit enemy... basically 5ish seconds dash at 40% cdr therefore you can escape or dash into the wall
6. "Bladework" = is empowered built in... work on turret... unlike other champions.
7. "Riposte" = very useful tool against almost anyithing if master... ( I don't but experienced Fiora main would)
8. "Grand Challenge" = almost impossible to fail because of free high MS and low cd of "Lunge" and possible flash

She seems to have no weakness from early to late if play really well because she is very similar to Riven that stacks AD items... I mean her many passives enable her to be playable without make any mistakes. To note that 200 AD items ( 3+) enabled 2% + ( 4.5% x 2) of enemy's hp... which is ridiculously OP.

Do you think it's fair to have too many passives, low mana cost or and cooldown to be strong champion with almost no weakness?
