My personal thoughts on Fiora

Personally, I feel that Fiora is so ridiculously overpowered that I feel like I can faceroll the keyboard in teamfights because of the auto vital targeting on lunge even though she technically isn't supposed to be that way, especially in a tank/ bruiser build where she just won't die.

And the primary problem is not her base health or armor or yadda yadda. To me, it's the base max health true damage within her passive.

Fiora knows where Vitals are, for me, Vitals are little spots where the enemy's armor is weaker than other places, a weaker link than the rest of the champion. If the sword is not sharp enough to pierce the armor, then the sword should not be able to pierce the armor.

More AD = Sharper Blade = more max health true damage

Less AD= Duller Blade= less max health true damage

Level 1, no items, no runes, no masteries. You hit a vital? You get a speed boost, and a mini heal. That's your reward. You won't pierce their heart with just a plastic stick.

3% (+ 2.8% - 4.5% (based on level)% per 100 Bonus AD) of target's maximum health bonus true damage => (2.8% - 4.5% (based on level)% per 100 Bonus AD)

A fencer does not use a shield or overly cumbersome armor in combat, they defend themselves with their swords. The sharper the sword the better she can defend herself. If a compensation buff is needed a FLAT base true damage or a better bonus AD scaling, or even having the mini heal on a vital hit scaling off of bonus AD might be called for. But as Fiora is currently extremely strong I don't think she will need those compensations.
