Sandbox Mode Suggestion

Hello there, first of all i want to apologize if i happen to post this in the wrong boards section.

Now to the suggestion. As a player who got banned (yes i was a little bit naughty :<) on my main account i had alot of champions. The only missing ones were the ones who i didn't particularly like. So when i got banned that meant my only option was to make a new account which is a new start without any champions. As time went by i bought a few champions, but when i bought those champions i didn't like how they were supposed to be played or their mechanics and stuff. I use sandbox mode quite a lot to test out some builds or to practice my favourite champions, but wouldn't it be nice if you could play any champion there to try them out before buying them? It would save my precious ip since i am a little silly sometimes. I want to try out a champion before buying him but my only option is to A) buy him and hope that i like the champion in the end or B) wait for a free week with that champion which can take ages. I also think we should be able to try skins in Sanbox Mode. Now don't get me wrong i still LOOOOOVE sandbox mode but it would be so nice for this suggestion to be a reality. :D
