@Riot How does the ranking system work?

When you win multiple games in a row does it try to make you lose one, because you're ranking up too fast?

Because the system decided to put me with a jungler without smite for the first game, and feeding team mates. And the 2nd game it decided to put me with an RQing Ezreal, who lost multiple matches in a row prior to the one I just played.
