funny stuff ingame

hey guys, so last game we had a thresh and quinn on our team and well, quinn gibbed the lucian insta kill and then the quinn player hit the key macro that spams /dance in front of her allied thresh's lantern. So my question is, how is such a disrespectful unsportsmanlike act allowed? I mean, despite being on quinn and thresh's team, I did feel bad for the enemy lucian and his wife senna. Was the Quinn actually trying to taunt Senna to show that lucian just died? I didn't really understand the point of it lol.
