NAMI BUFF IN WATER
I think Nami should get some sort of buff while in the water. It only makes sense that maybe she should move faster or be a little bit stronger when in her natural element. She a mermaid!

No, only special champs like nid get unfair bonuses using the environment
Does that mean J4 and Shyvana should get bonus damage to Dragon? It's in their lore that they kill dragons. Should teemo get additional attack bonuses when he's in the grass? He is a stealth scout after all...
Why are we talking just about nami? What about fizz? Fizz could use a buff like that. And while we are at it lets add nautilus to the list.
While I think the idea is cute (just like champs with sunglasses having resistance to Leona) I feel like this will make some people want to play jungle Nami and then we're in all sorts of trouble ;) ;)
Something funny but very unlikely to be useful.
"Swimming against the current!" Nami is in the River. "Flopping around" Nami is on dry land.
I doesn't have to be a movement buff. What if the water increased the range of her spells : ). It wouldn't really give her much of advantage throughout the game but it would be helpful when going for drag or baron as a team. Or What if the water made her spells do more damage (slightly like 3%) idk. I just think if nid can get a buff when moving through the bushes Nami should get one while in the water.
