Heimer is oppressive.

So heimer spam.. Something gunna be done about it any time soon? I mean, its a little ridiculous to see the same champ every game, and its even worse when its a champ you cant outpush/kill with the majority of mid laners without jungles help.

Whats even worse than that, though, is when he can spawn nine turrets in the time it takes one minion wave to come by, alongside a rocket spam (at 6, mind you) that can deal 800 damage. How exactly is one supposed to deal with this, riot? This is exactly the oppressive laning you go on and on about "fixing".

As much as i'd like to say "Heimer is balanced", its pretty damn hard when laning against him is nearly impossible.

He's got a pretty high winrate, but pickrate is one of the lowest in the game....?

I think the problem with Heimerdinger is just that laning against him is a lot different than laning against other champs, so people get screwed up because they try to play the same way they normally do. I'd be tempted to make a long post about how you have to play differently against Heimer, but I'm at work right now. So, I'll just say, make sure you understand how his mechanics work (especially the turrets), maybe even play a few games with him so you get the sense of it. It's OK to take a couple pot-shots from the turrets while you clear them, but you don't want that laser or his other skillshots hitting you. Also, you just gotta get used to playing with the lane pushed against you; letting Heimer do that is actually part of the strategy for playing against him.

hes a bit too strong but mostly the fact that its a bit difficult to trade with his turrets and kill it without consequences. or at least without him puting an other one. other than that. im fine with him.

He's free this week, just give it till next week and he will all but disappear.
